Freezes is basically how you end your story. Like your conclusion. It's like the punctuation mark of your sentence. So, as a freeze, it's like your pause. You could even stop in the middle of your go-down. Freeze, and then continue. But usually it's towards the end of your whole go-down [when] you freeze. A freeze may look like: baby, reverse baby, chair, reverse chair. Those are your 4 basic freezes.
