If you're looking for an intense abdominal exercise you can perform at home, the dumbbell toe-touch crunch is it! This exercise is going to target the entire rectus abdominis and you should feel some fatigue in your obliques as well. Be sure to start off with a light dumbbell if you have never performed this exercise before. Keep in mind that your shoulder is going to be working to help stabilize the dumbbell throughout the exercise, so expect to feel some fatigue there as well. to have a harder time with my left arm in front of my body.
