How to make a Salted Caramel Keto Banoffee Pie (no bake)

Ingredients

Bananas have 25g carbs per 100g serving ( which is the size of an average medium-sized banana), so you should not consider eating them when on a low carb, ketogenic diet. ..however, If you're a banana lover, there is no need to worry. You can still incorporate their distinct flavour in your keto diet or if you are strict keto then just omit the 1 banana and use banana essence instead.

1 recipe Almond flour pie crust
Sugar-free caramel sauce (triple the recipe, for 2 1/2 cup sauce total)
Sea salt (to taste)
1 cup Heavy cream
3 tbsp Powdered erythritol
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 cup Walnuts (optional; chopped, preferably toasted) & 1 banana (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the sugar-free caramel sauce according to the instructions here.
1/3 cup Butter (salted)
3 tbsp stevia
2/3 cup Heavy cream
1 tsp Vanilla extract
add sea salt to taste at the end.
Meanwhile, prepare the almond flour pie crust according to the instructions here. i
2 1/2 cup Blanched almond flour
1/3 cup Erythritol (or any sweetener of choice*; omit for savory pie crust)
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1/4 cup butter (measured solid, then melted)
1 large Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract (optional).
Let the crust cool on the counter while you finish making the caramel.
Pour the caramel filling into the pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Cool on the counter for 15 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap, flush against the caramel surface. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until firm.
Using a hand mixer, beat the heavy cream, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Remove the plastic wrap and spread the cream over the pie. Smooth the top with a spatula. If not serving right away, refrigerate again until ready to serve.
Top with chopped walnuts/pecans, and dust with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
