INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
Digestive Biscuit 350g
Melted Butter 1/2 cup
Toffee/Dulce De Leche:
Condensed Milk 1 can
Banana 2 Nos
Whipping Cream 1/2 cup
METHOD:
1.Place Digestive biscuit into a food processor and blend until crumbs form.Add the melted butter and process until evenly moistened.
2.Press and mix the biscuit crumbs into a tart pan using spoon and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
3.For making Toffee: Boil 1 can condensed milk for 30 minutes in a pressure cooker in low flame.Turn off the cooker and let it cool down completely.Refrigerate about 20 minutes.
4.Slice the bananas and sprinkle some lemon juice over bananas.
5.In a large bowl whip the cream until stiff peaks form and refrigerate. After sometime place the whipping cream in a piping bag.
6.Now you can layer up
