3TBSP BUTTER
SALT
FOR THE ONION GRAVY
1 BROWN OR WHITE ONION
1 RED ONION
1/2 TBSP GARLIC
1TBSP MUSTARD
1TBSP BROWN SAUCE
1TBSP KETCHUP
1TBSP CORN FLOUR
1 CUP WATER
AND OF COURSE THE SAUSAGES
