These no-cook mini trifles are so easy to put together (RECIPE BELOW). They have just five ingredients – chocolate mini rolls, chocolate sauce, mixed berries, custard and flaked almonds. They are great for a quick and simple dessert or an easy entertaining option. Dig in to the deliciousness.

MINI CHOCOLATE & BERRY TRIFLES
Makes 4 Prep 10 mins
4 chocolate mini rolls, thinly sliced crossways
½ cup (125ml) Coles Chocolate Fudge Topping
300g frozen mixed berries, thawed
2 cups (500ml) pouring custard
2 tbs flaked almonds, toasted
1. Divide half the mini roll slices among serving glasses or jars. Drizzle with half the topping. Top with half the berries. Spoon over half the custard.
2. Continue layering with remaining mini roll slices, topping, berries and custard. Sprinkle with almonds.
