How to Make Oat Milk at Home | 4 Easy Steps

Oat milk is a favorite non-dairy option we can all agree is creamy, refreshing, and just plain delish. It’s also just as easy to make at home in four simple steps. Video producer, Olivia Geyelin shows us what you need to make and enjoy this treat during these hot summer days too, without having to leave the house! Plus, this at-home oat milk doesn’t have all the additives most commercial oat milk brands have in them. All you need are old fashioned rolled oats, a blender, a nut milk bag, and ice cold water. Ingredients:
1 cup of old fashioned rolled oats
4 cups of ice cold water
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 tablespoons of syrup

Instructions:
1. Blend for 25 -30 seconds
2. Pour into nut milk bag over a large bowl
3. Funnel oat milk into Mason Jar
4. Store oat milk in the refrigerator.

Shake before every use!

*Consume within 2-3 days! Homemade oat milk has a shorter shelf life than store bought oat milk because it doesn’t have preservatives.
