Sure, you can eat ice cream for lunch and ice cream for dinner but you are missing a golden opportunity to have quick, delicious ice cream for breakfast. In the body of a food processor combine twelve ounces frozen peaches, one half cup of low-fat yogurt, three tablespoons of warm honey, a pinch of flaky sea salt, and one quarter teaspoon vanilla extract. Blend until very smooth, about two minutes, and you might have to scrape down the bowl once or twice while you're blending. Spoon it into a bowl, add granola or whatever garnish you like and eat immediately.
