Want easy to make and PERFECT hard boiled eggs? Try making them with your electric kettle, slow cooker, microwave, and/or even your oven!
Electric Kettle Method
1. Add however many eggs you want or that you can fit into your kettle.
2. Put enough water into your kettle so that it sits around 1’’ over your eggs.
3. Keep your lid open and turn your kettle on.
4. Close your lid once it comes to a boil and turn your kettle off.
5. Let your eggs sit in the kettle for 10-12 minutes.
6. Throw them in some ice water for at least 10 minutes.
Slow Cooker Method
1. Add however many eggs you want into your slow cooker.
2. Fill it with enough water so that it covers your eggs.
3. Sprinkle in some salt.
4. Turn your slow cooker on high for 2 1/2 hours (this could take up to 3 hours if you’re really filling it).
5. Throw them in some ice water for at least 10 minutes.
Microwave Method
1. Add a couple to a microwave safe bowl.
2. Fill it with enough water so that it covers your eggs.
3. Add in a little salt.
4. Microwave for 5-7 minutes depending on how powerful your microwave is.
5. Throw them in some ice water for at least 10 minutes.
Tip: Try this with 1 egg at first until you figure out you’re cooking time!
Oven Method
1. Put your eggs in a muffin or cupcake pan (a regular pan will work too).
2. Bake on 325F/162C for 30 minutes.
3. Throw them in some ice water for at least 10 minutes.
Tip: Use multiple trays to make them in bulk!
