Ingredients needed:
1 Can Chickpeas (My cans are 15.5 Ounces/439g)
Oil of your choice (Avocado, Sunflower, Olive, Peanut, etc)
Seasoning(s) of your choice

SPICY BBQ SEASONING:
1 Can Chickpeas
1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons Spicy BBQ Rub

GARLIC PARM SEASONING:
1 Can Chickpeas
1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Garlic Seasoning
3 Tablespoons (15g) Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt

RANCH SEASONING:
1 Can Chickpeas
1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons Ranch Seasoning Mix Packet

TIPS:
Make multiple cans at a time!
Experiment with new flavors!
Use a TACO SEASONING MIX PACKET!

How to make:
1. Drain and rinse your Chickpeas.
2. Place them on a baking sheet optionally lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
3. Bake them on 400F/204C for 35 minutes (move them around halfway through).
3. Put together your seasonings and toss your Chickpeas around in them.
4. Continue baking on 400F/204C for another 15 minutes.
