TRANSCRIPT
People think you need all sorts of fancy equipment to make pizza at home but all you really need is a simple skillet, no pizza stone necessary. Take pre-bought dough or make your own dough. Pat it on a lightly floured surface and then you want to pat it into a warm skillet that you've brushed with a little oil. Let it cook for about five minutes and get both sides crisp and then top it. Put your pizza in a 400 degree oven to finish. You'll know it's done when the cheese is melted and browned and you can use whatever ingredients you have in the fridge. So it's a great weeknight standby and you'll never have to order pizza again.
