Classic Hobo Campfire Pack
From Nicole Iizuka, POPSUGAR Food

1/2 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ketchup
2 red potatoes, cubed
1/2 yellow squash, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cooking spray
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Cut two large squares of heavy duty aluminum foil. Spray each piece of tinfoil with cooking spray.
Mix ground beef with worcestershire sauce and ketchup and divide into two patties. Place beef in the center of aluminum foil and then divide the rest of the vegetables evenly into each packet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold each packet up tightly around the entire meal.
When ready to cook, place packets on an open fire for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the vegetables and meat are cooked through. Use tongs to remove from the fire, open the packets carefully, and top with shredded cheese. Serve immediately.
