My name is Marquette but i perfer Marty lol.
I hope everyone is doing well. So in today’s video, LOUISIANA SEAFOOD STEW | CAJUN SEAFOOD SOUP| SEAFOOD COURT BOUILLON, I’ll be showing you all how i make a seafood stew. I’m from Louisiana and y’all already know how we get down and if not, you will definitely find out by the end of this video lol. In this dish you can add any kind of seafood or even sausage if you like. Also you can use red gravy instead of brown. I’ll show you how in a later video.???? This is one of my favorites! ✍️ Ingredients ( I used ) Louisiana Seafood Stew


* Spices & Seasonings *

Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning - 2-3 tablespoons
Old Bay Seasoning - 2 tablespoons
Poultry Seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Cayenne Pepper - 1 tablespoon
Red Pepper Flakes - 1 tablespoon
Smoked Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Onion Powder - 1 tablespoon
Garlic Powder - 1 tablespoon
Curry Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Parsley - 1 to 2 tablespoon
Sage - 1/2 teaspoon
Gumbo File - 1 teaspoon
Crab Boil - 1/2 tablespoon
Onions - 1 large or medium
Green Bell Pepper - 1 whole pepper
Celery - 2 stalks


* The Roux *
Depending on how thick you want your roux

Flour - 1 to 1/2 Cup
Butter or Oil - 1Cup


* Seafood *
You can add whatever seafood you like

Crabs - 1 Pound
Shrimps - 1 Pound
Dried Shrimp - 1 medium pack
Baby Scallops - 1 Pound
Louisiana Crawfish - 2 Pounds
Eggs ( Optional ) 6-8 cut in half
Sausage (Optional ) 2-3 links
Seafood Stock ( Optional ) 32oz
