You guys… today I’m making one of Mindy's absolute favorite foods ever — birria tacos! ????????

I’m also testing out a birria pre-mix for the very first time. Think spicy, flavorful, smoky/peppery goodness that holds all the birria flavor so you don't have to prep as much for the broth. I had no idea what to expect, but let’s just say… it did not disappoint.
