Make Mini Dinosaur Volcano Cup Cakes - A Cupcake Addiction How To Tutorial

Tools & Equipment:
Mini cake boards - I covered mine in green fondant
Knife
Small circle cutter
Scissors
Cooling rack
Zip lock bag
Mini dinosaur and tree figurines (or hula girls, depending on what you want to use these for)

Ingredients:
White chocolate ganache - recipe below - halved and coloured red and orange
Dark chocolate ganache - recipe below
Cupcakes baked without cupcake liners - make sure you grease the cupcake tin extremely well with cooking spray or butter for easy cake release.

Ganache Recipes:
White Ganache: 600g white chocolate + 200ml whipping cream
Dark Ganache: 400g dark chocolate + 200ml whipping cream

Combine cream and chocolate - microwave for 1 minute at a time until all ingredients are melted - about 3-4 minutes total. You can also use a saucepan to heat the cream till it boils, then remove from heat and pour chocolate into the saucepan, stirring till its completely melted.
