Tools & Equipment:
Pizza Cutter
Cake discs or cardboard discs
Flat tray
Cornflour
Scissors
Knife
Fondant roller
Serrated knife
Paintbrush
Sophia the 1st templates (link above and below)
Small circle cutter (1.5cm or 1/2")
Sticky Tape
Toothpicks

Ingredients:
3 regular sized cupcakes
3 mini cupcakes
Chocolate ganache or regular frosting (recipe link below)
Edible white pearl sprinkles
Fondant - I used pale green for Amber, dark pink and light pink (Wilton "Rose) for Clio, dark teal and light teal (Wilton "Teal") for Hildegard & purple and white for Sophia (Wilton purple)
