My niece chose this idea for her birthday out of a Wilton decorating book, so thanks to Wilton for the inspiration for today's tutorial.

Tools & Equipment:
Cake Board (I used an 11", iced white)
Offset spatula
Serrate knife
Butter knife
Pizza cutter
Flower cutter
Egg crate of flower former
Fondant rolling pin
Heart cutter
Circle cutter - 5cm / 2" diameter
Cornstarch or cornflour

Fondant - I used pink, white and purple
Buttercream frosting (I tinted mine using Wilton purple colour paste)
Giant cupcake (baked using our giant cupcake basics videos - links below - NOTE I used coloured pink chocolate or pink candy melts for my base, rather than dark chocolate)
Candy - I chose pastel m&m's in pink and purple but you can use any candy you like
4 x mini ice cream cones
2 x long packs of Lifesavers - I used musk and they must have the hole in the middle
