In this new video I take a look at Microsoft's Windows Surface RT 32GB + Touch Cover. It has a very distinctive design, helped by those unmistakable keyboard covers, enjoys a 10.6-inch widescreen display (16:9). Windows RT won't run standard PC application, so downloading programs such as VLC Player, or Chrome won't work. For that you need Surface Pro, or any Windows 8 device featuring an Intel processor. A keyboard-less 32GB Surface costs £399 and £479 with the Touch Cover.

Under the bonnet is an Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, 2GB ram, with the ARM technology that drives this new Windows RT operating system.
