Keep meals simple. I don’t have time to make lunch usually. It’s often leftovers, bagged salad with already cooked protein or a smoothie. Here is a simple solution recipe/idea on repeat in my house that makes lunch or snack time quick and easy, packed with nutrients. This is often how I break my fast at 11 am/12 pm.
While we provide weekly meal plans in the FASTer Way, you can totally eat whatever you want using the 80/20 rule while hitting your macros (also known as #iifym). Using recipes from our recipe library make it easy to add your meals to your daily macro tracking totals with one click. Look for our “tropical smoothie” for regular macro days! This version has about 10g extra carbs thanks to my proportioned smoothie packets from Costco! Love them, and so do the kids!!
