1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
Chocolate Ganache

4 oz (120g) semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup (120ml) whipping cream
For Decoration
Desiccated coconut
Fresh mint or rosemary
Sugar-coated cranberries
