2 tbsp (30g) butter, melted
2 tsp (6g) ground cinnamon
1/3 cup (70g) light brown sugar
1 large apple (about 7 oz – 200g), cut into small cubes

Cinnamon Cream Cheese Icing
8 oz (230g) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
1/2 tsp (2g) cinnamon
3/4 cup (90g) powdered sugar
