This takes no time at all to make, its spicy but smooth and very very tasty.



1 cup shrimp
1 cup white fish
1 cup calamari
1 cup onion
3 sticks lemongrass
1tbsp ginger
2 star anise
1tbsp fish sauce
1tsp black pepper
1 cup bell pepper
1 cup mild red pepper
2 dried red chili
1tsp turmeric
400ml coconut milk
1/2 pint water
1 stalk celery
top with green onions and cilantro/coriander
