Welcome to workout #3 of my prenatal workout guide. I couldn't be more excited to share this with all of you! If you are pregnant, make sure your doctor has cleared you to continue exercising. This second trimester hiit is fine to do in the 1st trimester as well. However, if you are in the third, check out my blog post for modifications. If you are in your first trimester these exercises are safe to do.
