When using anchovie fillets, a little goes a long way.
Anchovies have many vitamins and minerals that provide major health benefits. They are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which promote brain and heart health hence why it’s great for the family.
This recipe is really quick & delicious. I used the salt cured, filleted & stored in sunflower version and because of the anchovies intensely salty flavor and pungent, fishy odor, I did not need to add any salt to this recipe of mine.
