600-gm Banana blossom
400-ml Coconut milk
500-gm Frozen anchovy
1- medium onion
4-cloves Garlic
40-gm Ginger
2-pcs Bayleaf
1/2- tbsp whole peppercorn
1/2-tsp Salt
20-ml Fish sauce
3- pcs Fresh chilli
cooking oil
water
METHOD
Heat the cooking oil add the garlic ginger and onion.saute for 1 minute then add the anchovy and let it cook for 3 minutes and stir every now and then. Add the banana blossom and the coconut milk, fish sauce, whole peppercorn salt, and bay leaves.stir and let it cook for another 5 minutes and it is ready to serve.
