Tools&Equipment:
Knife (serrated edge)
Piping Bag
Round piping tip (I used a loyal #20 plastic tip)
Circle cookie cutters 2 sizes to match your cupcake case
Presentation cupcake cases
Mini cookie cutters
Scissors
Zip lock bag

Ingredients:
Cupcakes - vanillla cupcakes tinted 4 different colours using food colouring
Buttercream frosting - white (recipe link below)
