Women are falling off the Confidence Cliff every day. Young women enter the workforce just as likely as men to believe in themselves, but after a few years, the number of confident women falls in half. Rebecca Weidler, MBA'18 from Stanford Graduate School of Business, shares her own journey with the Confidence Cliff. From that journey, she offers critical advice to young women poised on the brink of the Cliff, while also highlighting research-backed ways managers can be confidence game-changers for the young women on their teams.
