Ingredients:

Spice paste
1 tsp coriander root
1 tsp shallots
1 tsp lemon grass
1/2 tsp fresh garlic
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp kaffir lime leaves, shredded
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tbls fish sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper

500g Pork Belly
1 tbls peanut oil
1 tbls salt to season

Sambal style dressing
1 tsp red chilli
1 tbls shallots
1 tsp lemon grass
1 tsp kaffir lime leaves, shredded
1 tbls white vinegar
1 tbls fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp peanut oil
