Russian Cabbage Pie is one of many famous Russian pie recipes with versatile fillings. This is one of my favourite pies not only because of how it tastes (I particularly like the combination of cabbage stew with canned fish), but for how easy it is to make it.
This Russian pie can be eated warm or cold any time of day, and inspite of it being a pastry it's still healthy and light.
