It consists of thinly sliced meat, most often beef, veal, or chicken, that is dredged in wheat flour and sautéed in one of a variety of reduction sauces.


600 GRAMS PORK LOIN CUT IN STRIPS
SALT PEPPER
FLOUR FOR DUSTING
OLIVE OIL FOR FRYING
SPRIG OF ROSEMARY
SALT PEPPER
1TBSP GARLIC
2TBSP CELERY
6 OLIVES
200ML CHICKEN STOCK
1TBS BUTTER



So simple
Season your meat with salt and pepper and then flour.
Fry in olive oil for 6 mins (approx)
