Breakfast hash is one of my absolute FAVORITE things to order when I go out to a decent b-fast or brunch cafe and I thought it would be a good idea to show you how I go about it in my own way at home! You can easily do without the short ribs in this one if you don't want to wait the 3-4 hours, but the tender glazed shorty meat makes this one extra extra special, so try to muster up a little patience and it'll pay off ten fold. Hope you guys enjoy the recipe!!
