Really love making this one, not really a recipe more a comfort food. We are using a few sausages left over from a bbq, you could of course cook fresh, a can or tin of baked beans, onion, tomatoes, garlic and a touch of smoked paprika. Depending on your taste you could of course add maybe, chilli, rosemary, basil, oregano, thyme and so on. I love this one. If you like you could cut some potatoes really thin layer them on top in a baking oven tray add a little cheese and brown it off. Or like we are doing using this as a jacket baked potato filling topped with a little cheddar cheese, either this is just super.
