Sausage & Beans Vegetable Stew Recipe - Really easy and beautiful hearty stew or hotpot. We are using pork sausages but you could use chicken, veggy, beef or maybe a chorizo or other spicy type. Garlic, onions, root vegetables, we are using celery, parsnips, carrots, swede give this dish its base, you can add mushrooms, olives in fact anything you like. Tinned canned baked beans are also added to this dish & we will add a little bacon. It is really simple can be as luxury or basic are you wish and tastes just fab.
