Small Business Tax Preparation

2012 is over and now it is time to wrap up your year end. It is better to get this done sooner rather than later, but it is always so easy to procrastinate.

Why do small business owners procrastinate? Taxes seems to always take too long to do. Taxes are very fun to do. Smalll business owners are worried that they are going to have to pay more than they want to. Sitting down and doing your taxes takes time away from your business.

Why should you get your taxes done early? Tax penalties are punitive and can be very high, especially for corporations. Understanding your taxes can help you become more strategic in some of your business decisions.

Spend 40 minutes on some best practices to wrap up last year quickly, and set yourself up for success in 2013. This will make your wrap up for 2012 easier and less confusing. Plus it will set you up for 2013.
