Today Squish & I made S'mores cakes in jars! Just enough for 2 people :)
Recipe:
4 tbsp plain flour
4 tbsp fine (caster) sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
3 tbsp whole milk
3 tbsp oil (vegetable or canola are good, but any will do)
1 splash vanilla essence or extract (approx half a tsp)
1tsp butter or margarine
Oven temp: 350 farenheit / 175 celcius
Cook Time (Cake): About 15 minutes
Cook Time (Marshmallows): 5-10 minutes
