Stuck in fight or flight? Try this

Today I'm going to give you a practice to help bring your body out of fight or flight by adjusting the way that you breathe. Okay, so you're going to take two fingers right under the left rib, right where the stomach is. And this is going to signal the esophagus to expand, it's going to help all of your breathing and take you out of fight or flight, so you're going to push and move your fingers down, you might sigh. You might have a deep swallow here, that's that release, keep breathing, oh, feel that. We'll just do one more even pressure. down and then afterwards, you're just going to feel how much clearer you breathe, how much more rested your body is.
