A must try and a super easy breakfast idea not just for valentine's day, but for birthdays, mother's day, or just a regular day :)

RED VELVET PANCAKES:
1 cup of All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
2 Tbsp of Sugar
2 Tbsp of cocoa powder
1 cup of almond milk (or buttermilk)
1 egg
2 Tbsp if butter, melted
2 drops of red food coloring

STRAWBERRY PANCAKES:
1 cup of All Purpose Flour
2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
2 Tbsp of Sugar
1 cup of almond milk (or buttermilk)
1 egg
2 Tbsp of butter, melted
2 Tbspcof pureed strawberries
2 drops of pink food coloring

VANILLA PANCAKES:
1 cup of All Purpose Flour
2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
2 Tbsp of Sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of almond milk (or buttermilk)
1 egg
2 Tbsp if butter, melted

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
1/4 cup of sour cream
4oz. of cream cheese frosting
3 tbsp of powdered sugar
5-6 Tbsp of almond milk (or whole milk)
