Tony’s dining out tips and trick to stay healthy:

1. Skip the bread
2. Salads with oils and vinegar or yogurt-based dressings
3. Sashimi or crudo-style appetizers or vegetables (not fried)
4. Broth based soup with vegetables
5. Lean protein entrees prepared with oil (preferably olive) and steamed or sautéed veggies on the side
6. Skip the starches (rice, potatoes, pasta) Gluten-free pasta may be available
7. Fresh fruit for dessert
