If done correctly, you should be able to successfully combine Nuclei Overload Training for a lagging bodypart with a Full Body Routine and not fall into a serious burnout or CNS overload. But the level of intensity your Full Body workouts should be highly depends on your own limits for how hard you can train your body now.
OVERTRAINING for the most part is a myth. What I mean is, YES of course you can completely tap-out your CNS and have some serious issues that could lead to a lot of fatigue and possibly an injury. But if you listen to your body and continue to push your own limits week after week and month after month. What you would consider to be "overtraining" 6 months ago could now be considered a walk in the park in terms of how intense your workouts have become over time.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, don't be afraid to find out what you're REALLY capable of. All of you are destined for greatness, but only a few of you will achieve it if you continue to doubt yourself and your maximum potenial.
