If you have issues with women in friendships, it's worth asking yourself what your relationship with your mother was? Like if she was your first bully or if she created issues with trust? This imprints your nervous system to see other women as threats. If the first woman in your life didn't hold space for all of your emotions, didn't cheer you on, or betrayed you by telling your secrets. It makes sense that other women signal danger to your body. Go slow in your friendships share things and learn who you can trust. Notice who you never feel judged with and notice who you feel energized around this is your nervous system telling you that person is safe let emotionally healthy women heal your mother wound.
