Another one of our whole roast chicken recipes. Really simple and masks a load of difference. Nothing more boring than a straight bird thrown in the oven. Lemon juice, lemon zest, tons of garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil, delicious. As all ovens are very different it is hard for us to tell you how long to cook your chicken for, we also do not know what size you are using. So we have set out a rough guide of cooking times, hope they help.
