For the Pink Berry Soda - add 1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur (or berry syrup to make it non-alcoholic) to glass, add ice, club soda or tonic water, and top with shaken espresso. For the Green Melon Soda - add 1 oz Midori melon liqueur (or a green colored syrup like sour green apple to make non-alcoholic) to glass, add ice, club soda or tonic water, and top with shaken espresso. To make the shaken espresso, add ice to a shaker along with 2 oz of espresso. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
