The holiday's here. Everyone's on their way for dinner and you forgot to thaw the turkey. No problem. You can cook it frozen. Just throw it in the oven and after about an hour start checking to see if those giblets in the neck are loose enough to pull out, but use a glove or tongs because they'll start getting hot. Now, it's going to take about fifty percent longer to get that turkey done, so during that cooking the skins going to get really brown, if it gets too brown, cover it with foil until the end. Crisis averted. You had a frozen turkey, now you have a holiday dinner.
