Today’s workout will tone and strengthen your arms, back, chest, and shoulders. Move with me through these exercises, and remember, it’s going to be quick and effective. When you feel like you can’t do it any longer, just breathe in through your nose, let go of that tension, and continue. This is prepping us for our summer bodies!
