Scotland has frozen rents until at least 31 March. Bangladesh is rolling out ration cards to 10 million low-income families, which can be used for rice, lentils, oil, sugar, and other essentials. Kenya has increased its monthly minimum wage by 12% and is helping farmers pay for fertilizer.
