I’m a little bit late to the 2021 wrap up but it was quite a year! There was so many highs: Everyday Cook won best Irish Cookbook and was Irelands bestselling cookbook, we filmed 2 TV shows, Donal’s Family Kitchen & Donal’s Irish Adventure and was a judge on a big shiny floor baking competition show Baketopia on HBO Max in the US!
Oh yeah and the YouTube channel hit 1 million subscribers! But the real highlight is watching our two little boys getting a year older, they are tough work but great craic! Thank you guys for all the lovely comments and cooking! Here’s to 2022- LET’S GO! ????
