My name is Ali Graboski and today I'm going to talk about how to get back in shape, after pregnancy. We all know how difficult it can be to return to your original figure, especially since you also now have a baby to look after.
Here is what you can do, to improve your physical shape and impress everyone with your appearance:
Gradual progression - do not be in a hurry to begin working out. Increase the duration and intensity of your routine gradually.
Proper hydration - your body needs an adequate amount of water to survive the training.
Avoid excessive training - this will not help you get faster in shape, but rather lead to exhaustion.
Eat healthy - your body needs energy to burn, so include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Pelvic exercises - your pelvic floor needs strengthening to recover.
Nurse your baby - one of the easiest ways to shed off a lot of excess weight.
Sleep - sleep with the baby, as this will help activate the metabolism (and thus stimulate the weight loss process).
