Hello Everyone;
I'm Ali Graboski and topic I'm going to discuss in this video is what to eat and avoid during pregnancy. During your pregnancy, you have to be extra careful about what you eat as your baby needs a variety of nutrients to develop properly. When it comes to pregnancy diet, let's take a look at different foods you should include into your menu. They are:
Lean meat
Lentils
Yogurt
Wild salmon and other fatty fish
Avocados
Oats
Nuts
Edamame
Mangos, carrots, peppers
Eggs
Basically, it's important to enrich your diet with fruits, vegetables, and drink a lot of water. Processed, refined, and other unhealthy foods with low or no nutritional value at all shouldn't be on your menu. Here are foods you should avoid:
Raw or undercooked fish or shellfish
High-mercury fish
Raw or undercooked meat and chicken
