Hey, what's up? It's Farah. I am 22, and this is my 35 week pregnancy video. I'm currently associated with ConsumerHealthDigest.com. Also, my YouTube channel, Farah Washington, which you can type in on YouTube, and check it out. This video, I'm basically here to talk about diet and the exercises that I have been doing while I have been pregnant.
Usually, during my diet, I check out Consumers' Health Digest. I found out that they give a flow chart on the things to eat, with a lot of home foods, I would say. Instead of just eating out, they say grains, all the healthy things, vegetables, that you would need for the nutrients of my baby. I've basically been following that. They've been a huge help with the tips and everything.
When I first found out I was pregnant, I was freaking out, like, "What do I need to eat? Where do I need to go? What do I need to shop for?", and everything because I wanted to help the baby. Being that it's my first pregnancy, I went online. I start browsing, and I came across this website. It was very informative and it gave me a lot of things that I didn't know about being pregnant, that I know now. It was very beneficial.
Also, as afar as it goes with exercising, I like to go to the park, which I'm at the park currently, right now. I'm just sitting in my car. I do take walks. I walk about at least 30 minutes or sometimes 10 or sometimes 20 just to keep everything going and keep a healthy pregnancy going. It seems like that helps me. It gives me a lot of energy. Sometimes, in the morning, I wake up and I just don't feel like doing anything. Once I begin walking, it gives me some energy. I also like juicing vegetables and fruit. That also gives me a lot of energy, as well, to consume during the day. A lot of the times, fatigue gets to me, and it can be affective, and very strong at times. I may work out and find myself taking a nap a little later, but at the end of the day, I do continue to do my exercises, and I continue with my diet until the baby comes.
Just to wrap things up, I would suggest all the new mommies follow ConsumerHealthDigest.com and check them out to continue to help you with your pregnancy because they're very helpful. It has helped me during this whole process, so I would definitely recommend them. If you want to keep up with my pregnancy blogs, you can check out Farah Washington on YouTube. I will be posting weekly. I hope you guys enjoy. Thank you for watching.
