Mexican-Canadian artist Rafael Lozano-Hemmer will present his recent interactive installations that are at the intersection of architecture and performance art. Using technologies such as robotics, computerized surveillance and telematic networks he creates platforms for public participation. Inspired by phantasmagoria, carnival and animatronics, his light and shadow works are "antimonuments for alien agency."Lozano-Hemmer is a Mexican-Canadian artist.
